ZilaPoint को ऐसी listing को remove, edit, restrict या disable करने का अधिकार हो सकता है जो applicable rules, safety requirements या platform policies का उल्लंघन करती हो।
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers को किसी भी product, seller, business या service के संबंध में निर्णय लेने से पहले पर्याप्त जानकारी verify करनी चाहिए।
- Product की condition और description verify करें।
- Seller/business की जानकारी verify करें।
- Price और transaction terms पहले स्पष्ट करें।
- Payment से पहले उचित सावधानी बरतें।
- Personal और financial information को सावधानी से share करें।
6. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers अपनी listings, products और buyers के साथ होने वाली communication के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं।

ZilaPoint का उपयोग निम्न प्रकार की activities के लिए नहीं किया जाना चाहिए:

- किसी व्यक्ति की identity या information का unauthorized misuse।
- Spam या abusive communications।
- Malware या harmful software distribute करना।

9. Transactions Between Users

ZilaPoint website का design, branding, logo, graphics, text, software और अन्य original materials, जहाँ लागू हो, संबंधित intellectual property rights के अधीन हो सकते हैं।
