1. Free Ads

  • Posting a basic/free ad on ZilaPoint is completely free of charge.
  • Since no payment is made, refund requests do not apply to free ads.

2. Paid / Premium Ads

We offer premium services such as featured ads, highlighted ads, or priority listings to increase visibility.

  • All premium purchases are non-refundable once your ad has been published and is live on the platform.
  • In case your ad is not published due to policy violation or rejection, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.
  • If you face any technical error (e.g., duplicate payment, system failure), we will verify and process the refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Service Fees

  • Any service or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your payment was deducted but the ad was not successfully posted.
  • You purchased a premium plan but could not access the features due to a technical issue.
  • Your ad was removed before going live and was not in violation of our policies.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. No Returns of Services

Since ZilaPoint provides online classified ad services, there are no physical goods to return. Once a premium service is used, it cannot be “returned.”
